Do you skate on major highways or try to avoid these durin your trips?
- Try to avoid major highways and any roads with high volumes of traffic. Of course, sometimes you have no option but to take the big ones so make sure you have permission/ know the rules on your route
What materials do I need to acquire for my trip? I need help finding a good backpack, sleeping bag, etc…
- It depends whether you plan to have a support vehicle or not. If not, you need lightweight kit – skating with heavy loads does you no good. Best to do your own local research on this and have a test run for a couple of days – every trip is different and you need to prepare for your own.
